History of MentalThrive

MentalThrive was born from a vision that professionals and individuals navigating life’s transitions possess the inherent capacity to embrace change, fortify their resilience, and discover renewed purpose to overcome mental health challenges. Through a blend of one-on-one virtual sessions, educational workshops, evidence-based practices, dance movement, and mindfulness, we extend our reach to those facing similar struggles, aiding them in adjusting to life’s relentless flux and hurdles. Launched in the tumultuous year of 2021 amidst a global health crisis, MentalThrive emerged as a beacon of support and guidance.

Founded by Grecia Johnson, who, as a mental health professional, recognized the universal need for assistance during those trying times. As a mental health coach, her  focus is on setting realistic and attainable goals to navigate daily challenges. MentalThrive, LLC proudly upholds its philosophy and mission, creating a nurturing and empathetic space where clients are assured comfort, understanding, and unwavering support.
